Annual membership fees have been established for 2009 and will take effect on January 1, 2009. In 2009 our membership fees are going towards advertising, acquiring our own projector, microphones, our Holiday Party in December, and maintaining this website.
Student Membership: Students are welcome to come to our meetings for free. Students will need to provide their student ID as well as a membership application.
- Benefits for Students include: access to technical software help, opportunities to interact and network with professionals in their related majors, as well as possible job prospects.
Individual Membership: Individuals will have a $30 annual membership fee. Individual memberships will be renewed each year in January. If an individual joins after August 1st, the membership fee will be prorated $5 per meeting for the remainder of the year.
- Benefits for Individuals include: access to technical software help, as well as opportunities to interact with and gain perspective knowledge from colleague architects, engineers, and contractors.
Corporate Membership: An annual corporate membership fee of $125 allows an unlimited number of employees to attend all of our meetings throughout the year. Corporate memberships will be renewed each year in January. If a company joins after August 1st, the membership fee will be prorated at $10 per meeting for the remainder of the year. We ask that all employees attending our meetings fill out a membership application form.
- Benefits for Companies include: access to technical software help, suggestions for firm wide software implementation, advertising their logo with a link on our Sponsors and Members page under the Corporate Members section, also the opportunity to interact with and gain perspective knowledge from colleague architects, engineers, and contractors.
Sponsorship: There are four levels of sponsorship that companies and individuals may choose from to help support our group in return for advertising on our weblog and promotional items. We do ask for an annual contribution to be renewed by the February 1st for the year (prorated if past Feb 1). All sponsors will be featured (company description) on “Sponsors” page on our website.
- Platinum – $500 - This level of sponsorship provides funds for: special User Group events, technology investments, as well as services that support the group’s website and email and provides door prizes at each meeting. Your Company Logo on upper portion of sidebar of every page + Bio and link on Sponsors and Members Page under the Platinum section. Recognition will be given at meetings and specaial events.
- Gold – $300 - This level of sponsorship helps provide funding for advertising and promotion of the group as well as fund our design contests for our members throughout the year and provides door prizes at each meeting. Company Logo on middle portion of sidebar of every page + Bio and link on Sponsors and Members Page under the Gold section. Recognition will be given at meetings.
- Silver – $200 - This level of sponsorship helps provide the group with special services and resources. Company Logo on lower portion of sidebar on every page + Bio and link on Sponsors and Members Page under the Silver section.
