Revit/CAD Tech
M-E Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Revit/CAD Technician in our Denver office to perform computer
aided drafting for our Mechanical Engineering department.
GENERAL SUMMARY: Primary responsibility is to support mechanical engineers teams on
a wide variety of project types. Duties include managing Revit models based on engineering
redlines for HVAC systems and working with other technicians and engineers to coordinate
multiple building systems. This role will also work closely with CAD Manager to help maintain and
develop Revit families in the Revit database. This position will also utilize AutoCAD for various 2D
designs.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Revit MEP.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Word, Excel.
- Familiarity with Outlook and FTP software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deliverable deadlines.
- Work well individually and in a team environment.
- Complete work in efficient and accurate manner.
- Classify and file engineering drawings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain positive attitude and good public relations.

Design Manager for CAD/REVIT department specializing in vertical transport, façade access, and facility materials movement. Well established international consulting firm based in Littleton, Colorado.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong Team Management Skills.
Prefer Licensed Architect or PE. LEED Accreditation beneficial.
Must be proficient in current versions of AutoCAD and REVIT.
Project Management Oriented.
Vertical Transportation knowledge a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills required to support 40+ consultants.

Job Description
• Accurately create drawings using company standards with minimal supervision.
• Create and update fabrication, assembly and R&D drawings with Engineering team.
• Create and update SD, DD, & CD construction documents for Project Management support.
• Create and update design development drawings and cut sheets for Sales Support.
• Create 3D Revit MEP models for BIM Coordination.
Required Education/Experience
• Associate’s Degree in Computer Aided Drafting or technical school training with courses in AutoCAD and/or Revit and minimum five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic design experience.
• Familiarity with mechanical drafting, tolerancing, and practices used in steel fabrication.
Software Experience
• AutoDesk AutoCAD 2010 or newer
• AutoDesk Revit MEP 2010 or newer
• AutoDesk Navisworks Simulate or Manage

• Commensurate with experience.
